Each member of your company has his own part to share for the improvement of the present system and for the progress of the company. There are certain company activities and projects that may require the participation of all or maybe some of its members. An example of this is the strategic planning process where the core values, mission and vision of the company are set.

Strategic planning usually takes place when the company is just established or to promote its growth and development. Planning should be spearheaded by the top management who works hand in hand with a planning team. On the other hand, every member should take part in the implementation of all the plans. The team is composed of the chief executives and the chair of the board who should be responsible in the development and implementation of all the plans. Another important member of the team is someone who is capable of making fair and strategic decisions to make sure that the plans set by the company can be turned into good results.

The planning team should be divided into groups for each one to specialize in different aspects of the plans. These groups should be responsible for monitoring the status of the plans assigned to them to determine their effectiveness or ineffectiveness.
